    i have a 1987 88hp johnson v4 i was wondering if there was a way too check a charging system i checked at the battery and the meter showed 12 volts with the engine running or not. how long does the engine have to run before it begins to charge?

    low rpm under a load

    i have 75 hp tracker by force, max rpm under load is 4300, i know it should be 5200 or better has new plugs and good compression same prop that it had when in would do 5200, run fine just won't make the r's now any ideas
