    35hp evinrude

    Motor will not turn over with the spark plugs in. charge the battery all night and even went direct to the starter with 12v and it will still will hardly turn the motor over. Just had a new armetuer put in. Any other suggestion please help.

    Help with crankshaft

    I am rebuilding a 1994 70hp evinrude and i order a new crankshaft. The problem is that the old crankshaft next to the bearing on the bottom is 7/8 from the bearing to the end of shaft and the new one is 1 1/4 .     1971 125 hp evinrude

    I am not use to working on this old of a motor. It has no spark i look under the flywheel it has a sensor instead of points. So does anyone know how to test this system?? I check the output of the stator and it was low but i have know idea how to test the sensor.
