i have a 92 90 hp evinrude just got it back on the boat. motor had been sittin for atleast 2 years. motor wouldnt start at first cleane out carbs and got it to run the it was overheating so i replaced the water pump then it was running fine. put it in the water and it ran fine just hesitated...
