I have is what I believe is a 1964 evinrude ducktwin,model #3412 R ser#B2021 can you tell by these #'s if it is a true Ducktwin or a painted over lightwin?? The decals are just white outlined and the ducks are not colored like most ducktwins I've seen,any help on this would be great,Thanks
