    I have a 2000 Honda 40 fourstroke on a 20 foot pontoon. I am running around 3100 rpm at WOT. The prop appears to be a 13 pitch that was modified to 11 (the 13 on the number is marked out and 11 is scratched in). I have put new gas in and changed the primer bulb and spark plugs. Manual says...
