I have a 98 mercury 200hp offshore. My motor will not go up or down and I can hear a clicking sound coming from the tilt/trim relays when I push the switch. I believe this or the tilt/trim solenoid to be the problem. I am guessing the tilt trim solenoid is somewhere in the tilt tilt/trim...
