    Can anyone give me a basic description of how the water intake works on a rude Model# 15020.. I think its a 18hp 1957?

    57' evinrude 18hp need advice

    First thing is that the motor seems to retard itself when pull starting..Also does the water intake and output (pee) come from the same area on the foot. Any one have a service manual. Thanks
