Just got this motor and it seems to be missing and spitting, will stall at low RPMs. I have changed the plugs, rebuilt the carbs, changed the visible gas filter and ran it at night looking for an arc all with out much success. I think it is eclectrical / timing. Can some one help me with trouble...
