    77 evin 200 no charge then no start!

    89 evenrude 150 starter remains engaged

    when i bought the 150 it would only backfire. the flywheel key had sheered. after replacing it, all good! till we went to the lake, starter stayed engaged and sheered the key again--no fishing:( my question is WHY? is a spring weak./ does that happen? or will just polish and oil the shaft...
