My Evinrude 1992 150 motor has suddenly developed a problem with the idle. It now has a "no load" idle around 1200-1300 rpm, forward gear idle speed of 900 rpm. The "Quickstart" system is still working properly, and I have checked the temp switches which are OK and also synch the carb...
