    1982 johnson leaking at prop any ideas why?

    hello everyone, i recently bought a 70 horse johnson and it runs good as far as iknow its my first boat. the only problem is when i run it hooked up to my garden hose some really black oil leaks (not really leaks but just coats) the outside of the prop where it meets the lower unit also smoke...
