I just picked up a boat from my brother. It wouldn't run worth a damn (would barely idle, and wouldn't get more than about 30% power). You would get about 30 feet from the dock and it would die completely. So, I rebuilt both carbs, put on a new fuel pump, and replaced all the old fuel lines...
