I have a well used(all by me) '96 25 hp evinrude that started having significant idling problems yesterday. It cuts out at idle and then must be choked to restart. It runs fine with some throttle but will not idle at all. I am pumping the bulb after each cutout and it retarts after 2-3 pulls...
