I just changed the waterpump on my Mercury 2oo now it won't go into gear. The throttle moves back and forth and it seems the neutral button is needed to rev the engine. When I pull the lever back there's no reverse, it's like it's stuck in neutral.
I need to remove the lower unit for an impeller replacement. I can see the bolts that need removal but how do I remove the circular skeg shaped plate that is above the prop. My engine is a `03 200 Saltwater 2 cycle.
