I have a low-hours 2002 F40 4 stroke on a 20' pontoon boat. Seems to start well enough but will quit after a few seconds idling unless you manually work the throttles. If you manage to get it in gear before it quits it seems to run well enough at WOT but will quit as soon as you throttle back...
