    tilt trim problem

    I have a 1985 johnson 185 horse v-6 i can't get the tilt to go up or down the motor comes on and you can hear it, but it will not move! I am new to this this is the first boat i have bought so like always i try to do all my own work. if any one can help me i would apprciate it
