Newbie here. My Dad has a '71 40HP (40EL71) that started running poorly of late. It?s obviously a bit on the old side but would be good if we could get some life back in her.
Symptom is a loss of power at full throttle after running a while, engine stumbles but does not die, reduced throttle...
