I have a 1969 Evinrude 115. I have installed a volt meter and the voltage is on the high side. It shows 16 to a little over. Along with this it has blown 2 pulse packs in a very short time. Say about 7 hrs. It has the standard stator and is not regulated. Could it have the wrong rectifier...
