I have 1984 9.8 Merc that will only run for 2-4 minutes. I have rebuilt the carb but not the fuel pump, but if I try squeezing the primer bulb when it starts to die it does not help. New NGK plugs no help.. fuel bowl appears to still have fuel, have checked float level and needle plus fresh...
