I have a 70 hp Evenrude (1986 I think) and cleaned the Carbs, did a compression test. Runs great in the yard, but under a load it just won't get on plane. Runs like it just not getting to the bottom end to go. Do you think it has anything to do with the timing? And what is the WOT Timing on...
