I just picked up a 1987 Regal Empress 200xl. It has a 4.3 mercruiser. Love the boat. Here is the problem, boat didn't have a carb when i got it. Took it home pulled the plastic off the carb hole and the motor is full of water. Question is how big of a problem is this, and how do i go about...
