i have a brand new evinrude 200 ho, this weekend as a came out of the inlet and gave it about 5000 rpms it run for about 3 mins and than throttled down and stalled. it took about 10 min and finally restrated, than ran all day at about 3000 rpms with no problem. on my way out of a different inlet...
