    Hello all, I was thinking of repowering my boat which currently has Johnson outboards. I noticed on iboats that the Johnson outboard forum is always the most viewed of any other forum. Is this because more people own Johnson outboards or that they break down more often? Just curious.

    Speedometer does not work.

    Hello all. The speedometer on my Johnon outboard powered Seaswirl was not working when I bought the boat. I noticed that the probe on the stern was damaged so I replaced it, however it still does not work. It looks as though the system works by pessure or vacum?(1/8" tube connected to probe)...

    Mixing 2 stroke oil?

    Hello to all. Does anyone know the difference between XD-30 and TCW-3 two stroke oil? I have remote oil tanks w/VRO 2 pumps on my 2000-150 Johnson ocean pro/60 deg. carbuerated outboards and have both of these oils mixed together in the tanks(don't ask...). Do I need to dump the tanks? Will...

    Johnson ignition analyzer....

    Hello to all. I need to set the timing on my 2000 Johnson Ocean Pro 150 (60 deg.) with the optical eye ignition. Does anyone know where I can buy one(new or used) or if there is any other way to set the timing on this engine? I would apreciate any help.
