    Dual Battery Switch Problem

    I have a new FW H210SS with dual batteries. When I switch to battery 2, I have no power. Verified that the battery is charged. I have a call into my dealer but was wondering if anyone else might have any ideas as to what I could troubleshoot. Also verified battery 2 is connected properly.
