    where is the water discharge hole?

    i have a Canadian 79' mercury 4hp 2 cycle outboard motor, it runs fine... however, where is the cooling water exit hole on the motor? i put a set of rabbit ears on it to run, but no water came out?

    minn kota AT 48# problem?

    my minn kota AT48 doesnt seem to give any power on the lower settings? When maxed out the power is still weak? im running it on a pretty big battery..maybe i need more voltage? does the shaft have to go directly on the bow? or can i put it on the side of the bow? i am not familiar with it...

    Mercury motor year id and fix help

    i recently got a 9.9 mercury motor with a boat i just bought. the guy said it was a '98 but it looks older. could you guy maybe tell me the year? also, the motor wont run. it cranks but doesnt wanna turn over and start. I really dont know much about motors so any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Deciding to buy a jon boat, need help

    hey guys, quick question, i am debating on buying a 14ft 1977 landau jon boat. is this too old? the guy said all the rivets on the bottom have been gone over with JB weld. and it doesnt leak. just let me know if you think this boat is worth it.
