I am trying to remove the lower unit on a 1996 Johnson 200 hp Venom
outboard motor. I have it in neutral, have removed the 4 bolts (2 each
side) and both bolts in rear. It dropped down about 1 inch , but now
I can't get it to come down anymore. It has been in storage for 5 years
