I have a 1995 BF9.9A and noticed that the throttle has a screw stop on the carb keeping it from opening all the way. If you remove the screw you gain a noticable amount of power. This can't be the only difference between the 9.9 and 15 hp? Does it hurt anything to run with the screw out? What...
