    I have an 1983 Evinrude V140 tilt/trim issue. When raising or lowering the motor at a standstill, everything works fine, but when I am in the water at WOT (sometimes even slower) the motor SOMETIMES trims and sometimes doesn't. Any advice on what could be causing this? Thanks :)
