I have a 73 70HP Chrysler outboard. It starts right up and idles fine. When out on the lake under load it won't won't go much more that 1/4 throttle or so before it kills out. I can take it up higher when using the "muffs" in my driveway.
Any ideas? I'm thinking about chaning the fuel pump...
