    Too young for a steering cable?

    I recently bought a 2008 Ebbtide 240Ztrak. 8.1 Volvo Penta DP. 230 hours and a Utah boat. Steering wheel is tough to turn, similar to a car without power steering. I have no reservation replacing the steering cable but really feel it is to young. No leaks, PS pump is quite and all other aspects...

    8.1 Overheating quickly

    Replaced impeller in my 8.1 GI-J 3 months ago. It sat until Saturday. It overheated within 5 - 10 minutes of cold start. Do I replace the T Stat? Any help is appreciated
