do any one else out there have any input on why my engine tends to want to go in reverse while trying to crank it. sometimes it will turn over fine, however it starts to go in reverse, then die out. also fuel seen leaking from carb. what is the correct oil/fuel mixture for this 70hp 73 or 74...
