I'm planning a project and I had a question. I plan on using an old 3.5 HP johnson outboard on a homemade pontoon boat(I'm using hobie hulls). It will be a lite boat and I only plan on 3-4 MPH tops.
My question is throttle control. I will be using cable/pulley for steering but...
