    honda 8 hp 2006 low thrust

    this outboard only gives me minimal forward thrust, and only at low rpm. barely enough to push the catalina 25 When I increase throttle the rpm's go wild and I get no thrust-almost as if I'm in neutral. Is this hopefully something simple? thanks
