Dad bought a 4 stroke Johnson 70. The factory tach would not work nor would the repair shops test tach. But an old mercury tach they had on hand did work. Any ideas why?????
How can one tell or test to see if the VRO is working properly and that you don't have a plugged injector? Is their some way you can check this every season? to avoid a blow up or a rebuild.
