    I own a 1987 Evunrude 110. I let my brother in law use it. Said he was motoring along at trolling speed and the motor suddenly revved up a bit and the boat stoped moving. No forward or reverse. How easy is it for a drive shaft to just break? Would there be any grinding noises?
