    alright so i have a 79 sea star with a 228 mercuiser chevy 305 and i have the motor out and i have a battery charger on all the positive . and the negatives. and i fixed the leak on the trim pump which was a bad o-ring i filled the reservoir and jumped the solenoid and the out drive went up but...
