1966 mercruiser qutdrive

hey everyone i just bought a 1966 mercruiser 120 and it sat for 4 years when i got it engine would try to turn but would not took off outdrive and the engine turned over however the upper half was siezed up took the outdrive apart and lower half was in good shape could not turn shaft in upper...
