I have a 1982 Johnson 25 that seems to idle high. I have rebuilt the carb and the fuel pump so I can rule them 2 out. It seems like when it is idling high, I can pull on what I believe is a retainer assembly that sticks out from under the fly wheel in a clockwise manner and the idle goes down...
I have a 82 Johnson 25 that I just used. I left it sit in my drive way and just went out and seen it is leaking gas out the exhaust. I did leave the fuel line connected. It is very hot today and I noticed quite a bit of pressure in the tank. Any ideas? Thanks, I am new here and so far this sight...
