    OMC electric shift coil ohm resistance

    Need some help from you electrical savvy guys. OMC forward and reverse shift coils. The manual says they should read between 4.5-6.5 ohms. Readings are 7.5 and 9.0. How does this translate? Are they good or bad?<br />Thanks for any feedback.
