    1990 120 water pump oring

    I replaced the water pump & have an o-ring left over. I put one between the cup & housing, one between the ss wear plate & impeller . Where would the 3rd one go? I found an old one on the floor where I removed the lower unit but I don't remember one falling out when I removed the gear case.

    After sitting for a week or so, the oil alarm will sound when starting up my '87 Yamaha 150. Plenty of oil in aux. tank.
