    HELP! Primer not functioning on 98 Mariner 25 electric start!!

    Hey guys, I'm new to this site looking for some help with my 98 Mariner 25 outboard. Motor runs strong but there seems to be a problem with the primer. When the motor is cold the primer doesn't seem to work at all. It's electric start and I have to let it turn over and over numerous times...
