    Another WOT and speed question

    1997 Fisher Freedom 24' with Mercruiser 3.0 Recently I was running 4000 RPM at WOT with GPS showing 23.0 MPH. I changed the plugs and the old ones were nasty. Will try it in the water tomorrow to see if I have more RPMS. Question- Should I be seeing more RPMs at WOT. Thanks
