    My 1980 evinrude motor will run slow but when i give it power, it bogs down and cuts off. I have made sure that the gas tank is vinalated but i did notice that the builb on the gas line is flat and it will not let me prime the gas line, until i unhook it from the motor and the gas tank. Can...

    Help

    I have a 1980 evinrude 2 cycle motor. It starts fine but when i give it power, it bogs down. I make sure that the valave on the gas tank is open but i did notice that the primer builb on the gas line, is flat and will not let me prime the line. What problem could this be.
