    Fiberglass on this Feather Craft boat -WHY?

    Just got a sweet 16ft Feather Craft boat but there is fiberglass on the entire bottom of the exterior hull from the rivets on down. Im worried about why someone would have done this and wondering if I should even attempt to grind it back down to the aluminum to look like every other Feather...
