I have a Evinrude 150 when I pump the ball up it gets hard then if I let it sit for a sec then grab it again it is soft. When I am pumping I can hear it going to the motor. What might my issue be? When I took it out Friday it ran terrible.

I have a 390V and was wondering if in the rear corners next to the batteries would be alright. Do I just predrill the hole and put a SS screw in it since I cant get a bolt in it. Will that work.

Bought a Boat with a 175 Evinrude on they took off oil injection and replaced carb. I have Autolite 2634 in it now was wondering if there is a hotter plug to run.
