My 1999 Johnson 25 HP stars right up, runs great at idle and full throttle. After I slow down and troll or idle for 5 minutes or so, it won't get back to full throttle. Spits and sputters, but at idle it runs fine. Also discovered if I disconnect the fuel line, run all the gas out, plug it back...
