    Trim/ Hydraulics went down, and wont go up!

    My buddy has a 91 Seaswirl with an OMC Cobra 4.3 liter engine. I guess he parked it a month ago, and didn't put in the spacers on the hydraulic shocks that operate the trim. After a week or so the prop slowley foated all the way down, and when he tried the electronic 'thumb' switch on the...
