OK i just bought Bayliner 2007 195 4.3 190 HP. It has a 14.5 x 19 prop and Boat tops at 41 MPH, i had GPS on it it shows Same... and it does about 4800-4900 RPM. This boat was Standing in storage since 2008... It had less then half tank of gas i put about 20 Gallons on it new one ... What can...
