    1964 evinrude 5 1/2 HP fisherman not running right

    i just recently bought my first boat, it came with the evinrude. i dont know much about boat motors seeing as i,m new to this boating thing. my problem is the motor will start then it idles up then slows and dies then wont start very easily afterwards, i think it might be getting flooded. any ideas?
