A friend just gave me an Old Evinrude Scout Trolling motor. I think its a 1974 model. But I hooked it up to the battery last night just to see if it worked, and it worked, all except the steerling on the foot padel. Does anyone have any idea if its fixable, or what i can do to make it work...
